Steps to Losing Weight

I have a few steps to losing weight that worked for me.

1. Record Your Food
2. Listen to Podcasts/Read Blogs – on healthy living
3. Have Mind, Body &Soul Work Toward One Goal
4. Eat Healthy
5. Exercise
6. Reward Yourself During Exercise  (Favorite Podcasts/Music)
7. Restrict sweets. (i.e. Just Saturdays)
